Updated WiFi Driver testing:
 - added connect to non-existant port
 - all socket tests done with WiFi connected to AP
 - changed expected errors in some cases from ARM_SOCKET_EINVAL to ARM_SOCKET_ESOCK
 - corrected timeouts for some tests
 - added controlled thread termination for concurrent tests
