Pack: Restructured PDSC to keep original repository structure.
 - CMSIS/Core/Include instead of CMSIS/Include
 - CMSIS/DSP instead of CMSIS/DSP_Lib
The former folders are kept as duplicates within the pack to assure
backward compatibility for users relying on the folder structure.
