Adjust portPOINTER_SIZE_TYPE to correct size (#275)

* Adjust portPOINTER_SIZE_TYPE to correct size

portPOINTER_SIZE_TYPE wasn't yet set correctly to be 16 bit

* Fixed FreeRTOS file header to comply with automatic checks
