   4    exist and have entries for the table that is to be opened.
   5    (These minimum tables are <code class="structname">pg_class</code>,

   7    <code class="structname">pg_type</code>.)   To allow those tables themselves to be filled,
   8    <code class="literal">create</code> with the <code class="literal">bootstrap</code> option implicitly opens
   9    the created table for data insertion.
