   5    <code class="function">SPI_finish</code> closes an existing connection to
   6    the SPI manager.  You must call this function after completing the
   7    SPI operations needed during your C function's current invocation.
   8    You do not need to worry about making this happen, however, if you
   9    abort the transaction via <code class="literal">elog(ERROR)</code>.  In that
  10    case SPI will clean itself up automatically.
