  12    DROP COLLATION removes a previously defined collation. To be able to
  13    drop a collation, you must own the collation.

  18           Do not throw an error if the collation does not exist. A notice
  19           is issued in this case.

  22           The name of the collation. The collation name can be
  23           schema-qualified.

  25    CASCADE
  26           Automatically drop objects that depend on the collation, and in
  27           turn all objects that depend on those objects (see
  28           Section 5.15).

  31           Refuse to drop the collation if any objects depend on it. This
  32           is the default.
